Fulfillment Performance
Receipt of goods
Detailed control, documentation and reporting to our clients (online or by fax) in accordance to standard operating procedures.
Warehousing
Storage areas are available with pallets and shelving for the storage of pharmaceutical and electronic products.
Customer returns handling
Whether our clients’ customers return anything or a pick-up service is required by our clients – after goods receipt we check all returns on a daily basis and provide detailed returns information to our customers.
Picking and Packaging
Standard Orders
Orders received by us until 1:00 PM (Friday until 11:00 AM) are typically shipped on the same day.
Express Orders
Even after this time. After assembling the merchandise, a final inspection is conducted before “product-specific” packaging.
Order Processing
There are several variations for order acceptance and processing.
- Direct Online Connection
- Delivery Note Retrieval - Processing of Orders and Inventory Management directly within the Customer's System.
- Orders via Email - for instance, completed delivery notes in PDF format or XML order data.
- Shared Cloud Storage (e.g., Dropbox) for Order Submission and Feedback
- Order Processing, Inventory Management, and Invoice Generation within Our IT System
- Feedback via Email
Our shipping partners
DHL-Parcel-Service (national and international), DHL-Express, DHL-Freight, Thermomed (refrigated transport), UPS, TNT, Federal Express and several agencies for airfreight etc.; Shipment tracking is possible at any time!
Special campaigns / Manufacturing
Our “full-service” provides a variety of tasks, including the fine manufacturing of products or the packing of gifts upon our clients wishes.
